The food they'll still
be raving about
at your anniversary.
Custom international street food and artisan shave ice, built around your day. One truck, two menus, and the quiet confidence that the wedding dinner will be the part everyone keeps bringing up for years.
We don't do "wedding food." We do your wedding food.
Every menu we build for a wedding starts with a conversation, not a template. What do you love? Who are you feeding? What's the feeling you want to leave people with?
Then our family gets to work. Hand battering the chicken, folding the bao by hand, cold brewing the chai, juicing the lemons, slow cooking the sauces that nobody has time to make except us. Nothing on your wedding plate comes out of a bag from a warehouse.
And because it's one truck serving both the food and the shave ice, your guests get two unforgettable moments from one crew. The dinner. And the surprise.
Made From Scratch
Three conversations, one unforgettable dinner.
Tell us about your day.
Book a free 30 minute call. We'll ask about your vision, your guest count, your venue, dietary needs and the things you love to eat. No hard sell. Just a real conversation about what you want people to feel when the food lands.
We design your menu.
Based on the call, we draft a custom menu proposal tailored to your vision, your guest profile, and any dietary needs. Every dish explained, every ingredient sourced, every detail clear on paper. We refine together until it's exactly what you want, so your wedding day holds no surprises.
We roll in and handle it.
We arrive early, set up, run service cleanly, feed your whole guest list without a single hiccup, and leave the site better than we found it. Your job that day is to be fully present. The food is ours.
The Surprise Course
The course nobody saw coming. The one everybody remembers.
Here's the quiet secret. Most weddings have dinner. A toast. A cake. Dancing. Somewhere in there the food gets forgotten.
Ours doesn't. Because halfway through the night, we open the shave ice window. Hand crafted syrups made from real fruit, real herbs, local maple and honey. Twelve signature flavors named for the world's highest peaks. Light as snow. The sort of dessert moment that turns into its own photo op.
- Small batch syrups, made from scratch
- Zero artificial colors or flavors
- Dairy free options included
- Custom signature flavor for your day
Thank you Peaks for being the best wedding dinner ever!!
The things everyone asks first.
Wedding planning is a thousand tiny decisions. Here are the honest answers to the questions we hear every week, so you can move one step closer to done.
We have a 50 guest minimum for weddings, and the sweet spot for one truck running both food and shave ice cleanly is up to around 200 guests. For larger weddings we bring on additional staff to match your headcount. Tell us yours and we'll tell you straight whether we're the right fit.
Every wedding is custom, so pricing scales with guest count, menu selections, travel, and service length. Most Peaks weddings land in a per guest range that's very competitive with traditional caterers, and you get food that's categorically better.
Send us a quick note with your date, venue, and guest count and we'll come back with a real quote within two business days.
We don't currently offer sit-down tastings, but every wedding menu we build is a detailed conversation. We walk you through each dish, how it's prepared, and exactly what your guests will be eating. Our real wedding reviews tell the rest of the story.
If trying the food first is a must, catch us at any upcoming public event (see our events calendar) and come eat. That's the most honest tasting we can offer.
We travel within roughly a 40 mile radius (about an hour's drive) from Wolfeboro, NH. That comfortably covers the Lakes Region, the Seacoast, and nearby parts of Maine and Vermont.
For weddings farther out, tell us anyway. We've made exceptions for the right venue (we recently catered a wedding deep into Maine and would do it again). Travel gets factored into the quote.
Handled. Our menus already cover vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free, and we can tailor further for any specific restrictions your guests have. Share your guest's needs and we'll make sure every plate that goes out is both safe and genuinely delicious, no sad side salads.
We need a reasonably level spot to park (we're similar to a box truck in footprint) with access to the reception area, ideally near the main event flow so the food becomes part of the celebration. We handle power on our own generator if your venue doesn't have a drop, and we keep things quiet and clean. We've worked at barns, fields, boathouses, backyards, wineries, historic inns and waterfront venues. Send us photos of where you're thinking and we'll sort it out.
Absolutely both. Late night bao and Tokyo fries have saved more than one wedding after party. And plenty of couples book us for shave ice only as an unexpected dessert course or an after ceremony moment. One truck, many ways to use us.
Peak wedding season in New England (June through October) books up roughly 6 to 12 months out. Off season and weekdays are often available much closer in. If your date is close, reach out anyway. We'll tell you honestly if we have the bandwidth.
Your wedding, plus the best dinner anyone there has had in years.
Tell us your date, your venue, roughly how many, and anything you already know you want. We'll come back within two business days with a real plan and a real quote. No templates. No guesswork.
