Catering that
becomes
the event.
International street food and award winning shave ice, served from the truck on-site, or delivered to your door as full trays of the real thing. For every gathering worth feeding well.
Pick the right format for your gathering.
Some events want the full truck experience: live service, open windows, the kind of moment guests cluster around. Others need great food quietly staged on a buffet table. We do both. Same kitchen, same ingredients, two very different vibes.
The truck rolls in.
We park at your venue, open the windows, and run live service for your guests. Food coming out fresh as it's ordered, the full theater of a working kitchen, and the energy that only a truck on site can bring to an event.
- Live service from open windows
- Custom menu built for your event
- Our crew handles setup, service, and cleanup
- Runs on our own generator if no power is available
- Ideal for 50+ guest events with space to park
We deliver the spread.
We prep, pack, and drop off full trays of food at peak freshness, ready to serve. Perfect for office lunches, showers, rehearsals, board meetings, holiday parties. The menu without the logistics.
- Hand delivered, oven-ready where applicable
- Chafing trays, serving utensils, labeled items
- Scales from small gatherings up to large parties
- Paper goods and disposables available on request
- Ideal for 15 to 100+ guests, any venue
The events we love to feed.
From the office lunch that suddenly has a line out the door, to the backyard birthday everyone still talks about, to the festival crowd of 500. We scale. We travel. We deliver.
Corporate Events
Team lunches, offsite retreats, holiday parties, product launches, client appreciation days. Turn the calendar invite into the thing people actually show up for.
Private Parties
Birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, retirements, reunions. Backyard parties that turn into legends because the food is the story.
Festivals & Markets
Community events, town fairs, weekend markets, outdoor festivals. We handle the high volume and the long lines and still make it look easy.
Rehearsal Dinners
The night before the wedding, the welcome party, the smaller intimate dinner before the main event. Where your people meet your people for the first time.
Fundraisers & Benefits
Nonprofits, school events, community benefits. We'll work with you on tight budgets because the cause matters to us too.
Everything Else
Film shoots. Bridal showers. Family reunions. House warmings. If you're gathering people and want to feed them unforgettable food, we're interested. Try us.
What people keep telling us.
Got to try Peaks food truck during the 4th of July and I will say they are absolutely amazing! The staff handled the overwhelming crowd fast, getting food out with little wait. The food itself is super unique, stuff you're not going to find anywhere else.
Natasha and her crew set up at our wedding welcome party and were phenomenal. Natasha was so communicative and so easy to work with. I didn't even know she was there by the time she was set up and serving guests. Highly recommend for any event.
My kids and I just had PEAKS food for the first time. It was delicious! So fresh and flavorful. We had the bao buns, the lumpia, and the Vietnamese noodle bowl. All amazing. Definitely will come again!
The questions everyone asks first.
Catering should be simple. Here are the straight answers to what people ask most, so you can move on to the fun part: picking the menu.
One week is the absolute minimum, but we strongly recommend two weeks or more. That gives us time to build your custom menu, source the right ingredients, and make sure your date is locked in.
Busy season (summer and fall weekends) books up fast. The earlier you reach out, the more flexibility we have.
Both. On-site truck means we park at your venue and run live service from the windows, which is ideal for events of 50 or more where there's space and an energy to match. Drop-off trays means we deliver fully prepared food ready to serve on your timeline, perfect for smaller gatherings, offices, and any venue where parking a truck isn't practical.
Not sure which is right for you? Tell us about your event and we'll recommend.
Every event is priced custom based on menu, head count, service style (on-site vs drop-off), travel, and duration. We're very competitive with traditional caterers, and the food is categorically better.
Send us a note with your date, venue, and rough guest count. We come back with a real quote within two business days.
For drop-off catering, there's no strict minimum, though trays are sized for roughly 15 guests and up. For on-site truck service, 50 guests or more is the sweet spot because that's where the truck setup really earns its keep.
Smaller event? A drop-off is usually the right call, and we still show up with the full Peaks menu.
We travel within roughly a 40 mile radius (about an hour's drive) of Wolfeboro, NH. That comfortably covers the Lakes Region, the Seacoast, and nearby parts of Maine and Vermont.
Further out? Ask us. For the right event, we've gone deeper into Maine and we'd do it again. Travel gets factored into the quote.
Absolutely. Our menu already covers vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and dairy free. For specific guest allergies or restrictions, share the details when you book and we'll make sure every plate that goes out is safe and genuinely delicious. No sad side salads for the vegan at the table.
On-site: our truck, our crew, service from open windows, setup and breakdown, and all the food. We run on our own generator if needed.
Drop-off: full trays prepped and labeled, chafing trays where applicable, serving utensils, and delivery to your door at your chosen time. Paper plates, napkins, and disposables are available on request at a small add-on cost.
Yes, and it's often the thing guests remember most. We won New Hampshire Best Shave Ice for a reason. Our twelve signature flavors are named after the world's tallest peaks, and all our syrups are made from scratch with real fruit, real herbs, and zero artificial color or flavor.
You can book shave ice on its own as a standalone treat, or as a surprise course inside a larger catering menu. Both hit.
The catering your guests actually show up hungry for.
Tell us your date, your venue, roughly how many, and whether you want us on-site or dropping off. We'll come back within two business days with a real plan and a real quote.
